Beatrice Varley was an actress who had a successful Hollywood career. Varley's early acting career consisted of roles in various films, such as "Millions Like Us" (1943), the adventure "The Wicked Lady" (1945) with Margaret Lockwood and "So Well Remembered" (1947) with John Mills. Her passion for acting continued to her roles in projects like "Adam and Evelyne" (1949), the drama "Gone to Earth" (1952) with Jennifer Jones and the biopic "Melba" (1953) with Patrice Munsel. Nearing the end of her career, she tackled roles in the adaptation "Sea Wife" (1957) with Richard Burton, "Hell Drivers" (1958) and the horror movie "Horrors of the Black Museum" (1959) with Michael Gough. Varley more recently acted in "Room at the Top" (1959). Varley passed away in July 1964 at the age of 68.
