Beau Mirchoff

Following a small role in the horror-comedy franchise entry "Scary Movie 4," Beau Mirchoff began working steadily, most notably as a recurring character on the Canadian family television drama "Heartland." In 2009, he started appearing in the popular television soap "Desperate Housewives" as Danny Bolen, the emotionally troubled teenage son of rough-edged housewife Angie Bolen (Drea de Matteo). When his storyline on that series ended, Mirchoff had a small part in the 2011 sci-fi movie "I Am Number Four" and began co-starring on the MTV comedy-drama "Awkward" as Matty McKibben, the perpetually nervous boyfriend of main character Jenna (Ashley Rickards).
