Chao Deng

Deng Chao was an actor who had a successful Hollywood career. Early on in his acting career, Chao landed roles in various films, including the dramatic adaptation "Assembly" (2007) with Zhang Hanyu, the Xun Zhou foreign "The Equation of Love and Death" (2008) and the Andy Lau biopic drama "Detective Dee and the Mystery of the Phantom Flame" (2011). His film career continued throughout the 2010s in productions like "The Four" (2012), "American Dreams in China" (2013) with Huang Xiaoming and "The Four 2" (2013). He also appeared in the action film "Si da ming bu 3" (2014) with Ronald Cheng, "The Breakup Guru" (2014) and "Devil and Angel" (2015). Most recently, Chao acted in "The Mermaid" (2016).
