A winner of many major awards, Christopher Rouse was truly a master at his craft. Rouse worked on a variety of projects during his early entertainment career, including "Above the Law" with Steven Seagal (1988), "Lookin' to Get Out" with Jon Voight (1982) and "North Shore" (1987). He also contributed to "She's Out Of Control" (1989), "The Golden Child" (1986) starring Eddie Murphy and "Windy City" (1984). In the nineties, Rouse devoted his time to various credits, such as "Dangerous Touch" (1994) starring Lou Diamond Phillips, "Sioux City" (1994) and "Teresa's Tattoo" (1994) starring Adrienne Shelly. He also worked on "Dead Men Can't Dance" with Michael Biehn (1997). He popped up regularly in the Bourne franchise, including roles in "The Bourne Identity" (2002), "The Bourne Supremacy" (2004) and "The Bourne Ultimatum" (2007). Rouse continued to exercise his talent in the early 2000s and the 2010s, taking on a mix of projects like "Paycheck" with Ben Affleck (2003) and "Be Cool" (2005) starring John Travolta. Most recently, Rouse edited the Tom Hanks hit crime drama "Captain Phillips" (2013). Rouse was nominated for an Outstanding Single-Camera Picture Editing For a Miniseries, Movie or a Special Primetime Emmy Award for "Anne Frank" in 2001 as well as for an Editing BAFTA Award for "Captain Phillips" in 2013. Rouse won an Editing BAFTA Award for "United 93" in 2006 as well as an Editing BAFTA Award for "The Bourne Ultimatum" in 2007.
