Cory Lee

Singer and actress Cory Lee is a well-known pop star in her native Canada who starred in the popular teen series "Degrassi: The Next Generation." Lee got her first big break when she was cast in the musically-themed Canadian TV show "Instant Star" in 2007, playing the role of Karma. The show had crossover popularity in the United States and helped fuel her already successful singing career. After a few more minor TV and film roles, she was cast in the reboot series "Degrassi: The Next Generation" in 2010, playing teacher Winnie Oh, the object of romantic attention from many of her students.
