Erroll Garner brought his musical talents to a variety of films over the course of his Hollywood career. Garner began his entertainment career with his music featured in films like the musical drama "Play Misty for Me" (1971) with Clint Eastwood, the adventure "Drive-In" (1976) with Lisa LeMole and "Poto and Cabengo" (1982). His music also appeared in the drama "Another Woman" (1988) with Gena Rowlands and "Alice" (1990) with Joe Mantegna. In the nineties, Garner's music continued to appear on the silver screen, including in films like the Albert Brooks comedic fantasy "Defending Your Life" (1991), "Manhattan Murder Mystery" (1993) with Woody Allen and the dramatic adaptation "The Substance of Fire" (1996) with Tony Goldwyn. His work was also in the Caroline Aaron comedy "Deconstructing Harry" (1997) and the comedic drama "Celebrity" (1998) with Hank Azaria. Garner's music was also featured in the Leonardo DiCaprio hit crime flick "Catch Me If You Can" (2002), "Melinda and Melinda" (2005) and the Dave Chappelle comedy "Dave Chappelle's Block Party" (2006). His music was also featured in the Toby Jones crime drama "Infamous" (2006). Garner's music was most recently featured in the Bradley Cooper smash hit comedic adaptation "Silver Linings Playbook" (2012).
