Forrest Taylor was an actor who had a successful Hollywood career. Early on in his acting career, Taylor landed roles in various films, including the Tom Mix western "No Man's Gold" (1926), the western "Riders of Destiny" (1933) with John Wayne and the Bing Crosby dramedy "Mississippi" (1935). He also appeared in "Between Men" (1935), the western "Trail of Terror" (1935) with Bob Steele and "Rider of the Law" (1935) with Bob Steele. He continued to act in productions like "The Painted Trail" (1938), "The Last Stand" (1938) and "The Phantom Stage" (1939). He also appeared in "The Phantom Creeps" (1939). In the latter part of his career, he continued to act in "Silver Spurs" (1943) with Roy Rogers, the Ray Corrigan western "Bullets and Saddles" (1943) and "Land of Hunted Men" (1943). He also appeared in the Otto Kruger action movie "Corregidor" (1943) and the western "The Rangers Take Over" (1943) with Dave O'Brien. Taylor last acted in the James Stewart dramatic adaptation "The F.B.I. Story" (1959). Taylor passed away in February 1965 at the age of 82.
