Francoise Lebrun was an actress who had a successful Hollywood career. Lebrun began her acting career with roles in such films as the drama "Souvenirs d'en France" (1975) with Jeanne Moreau, "Ben et Benedict" (1977) and "Mon coeur est rouge" (1977). She also appeared in "En l'autre bord" (1978), "En Haut des Marches" (1983) and "Trous de Memoire" (1984). Lebrun also lent her vocal talents to "India Song" (1975). She continued to work steadily in film throughout the nineties and the early 2000s, appearing in "La Maman et la putain" (1997) with Bernadette Lafont, "Malraux, tu m'etonnes!" (2001) with Philippe Clevenot and "Inguelezi" (2004) with Marie Payen. She also appeared in the Paul Vecchiali comedy "A Vot' Bon Coer" (2005), the foreign "Il Sera Une Fois" (2006) with Alphonse Emery and the dramatic adaptation "The Diving Bell and the Butterfly" (2007) with Mathieu Amalric. More recently, she continued to act in "Julie & Julia" (2009), the Mathilde Seigner comedic drama "Quelque chose a te dire" (2009) and the Yolande Moreau biographical drama "Seraphine" (2009). She also appeared in the thriller "ID:A" (2011) with Tuva Novotny, the Martin Loizillon dramatic adaptation "Fever" (2015) and the Michel Houellebecq dramatic biopic "L' enlèvement de Michel Houellebecq" (2015). Lebrun most recently acted in the drama "My Golden Days" (2016) with Quentin Dolmaire.
