Henry Kolker was an actor who had a successful Hollywood career. Early on in his acting career, Kolker landed roles in various films, including "Gloria's Romance" (1916), "Sally, Irene and Mary" (1925) and "Winning the Futurity" (1926). He also appeared in "Rough House Rosie" (1927), the Mary Pickford dramatic adaptation "Coquette" (1929) and "The Valiant" (1929). His passion for acting continued to his roles in projects like the drama "I Loved a Woman" (1933) with Edward G Robinson, "Meet the Baron" (1933) with Jack Pearl and the Douglas Fairbanks Jr. thriller "The Narrow Corner" (1933). He also appeared in "The Power and the Glory" (1933). In the latter half of his career, he continued to act in "Romeo and Juliet" (1936), the comedy "Theodora Goes Wild" (1936) with Irene Dunne and the dramatic period piece "Maid of Salem" (1937) with Claudette Colbert. He also appeared in the mystery "Under Cover of Night" (1937) with Edmund Lowe and "Green Light" (1937) with Errol Flynn. Kolker last acted in the thriller "Bluebeard" (1944) with John Carradine. Kolker passed away in July 1947 at the age of 77.
