James Lance began acting at the tender age of five. At the beginning of his acting career, Lance appeared in various dramas like "Midsomer Murders" (ITV 1, 1996) and "Teachers (BBCA)" (2001-05). He also worked in film during these years, including roles in "Late Night Shopping" (2001). Lance also contributed music to the Meat Loaf comedy "Roadie" (1980). His passion for acting continued to his roles in projects like the dramatic adaptation "Marie Antoinette" (2006) with Kirsten Dunst, the comedy "The Search for John Gissing" (2008) with Mike Binder and "Bronson" (2009). He continued to work steadily in television throughout the early 2000s, appearing on "Saxondale (BBCA)" (2006-08) and "Being Human" (BBC, 2007-2013). He also landed a role in the miniseries "The Last Enemy" (2008-09). He also played parts in television during these years, including roles in "Saxondale (BBCA)" (2006-08) and "Being Human" (BBC, 2007-2013). In his more recent career, he continued to act in "City Rats" (2009), the Luke de Woolfson dramatic comedy "Mr. Right" (2009) and the dramatic adaptation "Bel Ami" (2012) with Robert Pattinson. He also appeared in the action flick "Legendary" (2014) with Scott Adkins. He also worked in television during these years, including a part on "Babylon" (SundanceTV, 2014-15). Lance most recently acted in "Northern Soul" (2015) with Elliot James Langridge.
