Jean-Marc Thibault found incredible success as an accomplished actor, appearing in a variety of films throughout his Hollywood career. Thibault's earliest roles were in film, including "Belle Mentalite" (1953) with Jean Richard, the Robert Dhery comedy "La Belle Americaine" (1961) and "Le Juge Fayard dit le "sheriff"" (1977). He also appeared in "Les Bidasses au Pensionnat" (1978), "On Efface Tout!" (1978) and "La Ville des Silences" (1979). He continued to work steadily in film throughout the eighties and the nineties, appearing in "La Femme Flic" (1980), "Croque la Vie" (1981) with Carole Laure and "Petit Joseph" (1982). He also appeared in the drama "Vaudeville" (1986) with Marie-Christine Barrault, the historical feature "La Guerre Oubliee" (1987) with Joe Bocan and the comedy "La Femme fardee" (1990) with Jeanne Moreau. During the latter half of his career, he continued to act in "Voir l'elephant" (1990), the Sam Job dramatic adaptation "Wonder Boy" (1994) and the Virginie Ledoyen dramedy "De l'amour" (2001). He also appeared in the action film "Vidocq" (2001) with Gérard Depardieu and "Ferocious" (2002). He also had a part in the TV miniseries "The Count of Monte Cristo" (1998-99). Thibault most recently acted in "Mademoiselle Chambon" (2010) with Sandrine Kiiberlain.
