Joanna Krupa

Once named the Sexiest Swimsuit Model in the World by Playboy, Joanna Krupa fast became as big of a hit on the Internet as she was gracing the covers of the biggest fashion magazines. Born on April 23, 1979 in Warsaw, Poland, Krupa moved to Chicago, IL, with her family when she was five. With her heart set on becoming a model at an early age, she convinced her mother to move her and her sister, Marta, to Los Angeles so she could pursue an acting and modeling career. Krupa began appearing on numerous magazine covers, including FHM, Stuff and Steppin' Out while making strides onscreen with walk-ons in "Legally Blonde" (2001) and "Planet of the Apes" (2001). Expanding her scope, she was named Model of the Year in 2004-05 by German Maxim and posed for the July 2005 issue of Playboy. On the small screen, she had a larger supporting role on an episode of "Las Vegas" (NBC, 2003-08), and served as host and presenter at the first annual "Guys Choice" (Spike TV, 2007) awards.
