John James

John James was an actor who had a successful Hollywood career. He appeared in a number of television specials, including "Battle of the Network Stars XII" (1981-82), "Battle of the Network Stars XIII" (ABC, 1982-83) and "Battle of the Network Stars XIV" (ABC, 1982-83). He also appeared in "Battle of the Network Stars XVI" (ABC, 1983-84). He was nominated for a Golden Globe Award for "Dynasty" in 1985. He also appeared in the TV special "Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade" (NBC, 1986-87). His work around this time also included a part on the TV movie "Haunted by Her Past" (NBC, 1987-88). He also had roles in film during these years, including roles in "Back to School" (1986) with Rodney Dangerfield. He also had a part in the TV miniseries "Dynasty: The Reunion" (1991-92). James most recently acted in the Anna Nicole Smith sci-fi feature "Illegal Aliens" (2007). James's husband was Denise Coward.
