John Tavener made incredible contributions to a variety of big screen productions through his amazing knack for music. Tavener worked on a variety of projects during his early entertainment career, including "Battle in Heaven" with Marcos Hernandez (2006) and "Gormenghast" (2000-01). In the early 2000s and the 2010s, Tavener devoted his time to various credits, such as "Children of Men" (2006) starring Julianne Moore and "Australia" (2008). Most recently, Tavener provided music for the drama "The Tree of Life" (2011) with Brad Pitt.
