Vernon has been directed by some stellar filmmakers including Alfred Hitchcock ("Topaz" 1969), George Cukor ("Justine" 1969), Don Siegel ("Dirty Harry" 1971), and Clint Eastwood ("The Outlaw Josey Wales" 1975).
