Kathleen Hughes worked on a variety of projects during her entertainment career. Hughes started her acting career landing roles in such films as the Loretta Young comedy "Mother Is a Freshman" (1949), the Clifton Webb comedy sequel "Mr. Belvedere Goes to College" (1949) and the Burt Lancaster comedy "Mister 880" (1950). She also appeared in the musical "I'll Get By" (1950) with June Haver, "Sally and Saint Anne" (1952) and "Thy Neighbor's Wife" (1953). In the seventies and the eighties, Hughes devoted her time to various credits, such as "Further Adventures of the Wilderness Family - Part 2" with Robert Logan (1978), "The Mafu Cage" (1978) starring Lee Grant and "Humanoids From the Deep" (1980). She also worked on "The Fog" (1980) starring Adrienne Barbeau. Hughes had a number of different projects under her belt in the nineties through the early 2000s, including "All Our Children With Bill Moyers" (PBS, 1990-91), "NOW" (PBS, 2001-07) and "Better Luck Tomorrow" with Parry Shen (2003). Her credits also expanded to "The President's Analyst" (2008) starring James Coburn. Most recently, Hughes appeared on the documentary "The Armor of Light" (2015) with Reverend Rob Schenck.
