Kenny Gamble produced music for multiple Hollywood productions during the course of his Hollywood career. Gamble began his entertainment career with his music featured in films like the comedy "Mikey and Nicky" (1976) with Peter Falk, "Black Joy" (1978) and the Bob Marley & The Wailers documentary "Heartland Reggae" (1982). His music also appeared in the dramedy "Choose Me" (1984) with Genevieve Bujold, the biopic "Jo Jo Dancer, Your Life Is Calling" (1986) with Richard Pryor and "Adventures in Babysitting" (1987) with Elisabeth Shue. In the nineties, Gamble's music continued to appear on the silver screen, including in films like the comedy "Woo" (1998) with Jada Pinkett Smiththe dramatic comedy "The Last Days of Disco" (1998) with Chloë Sevigny and the comedy adaptation "The Out-Of-Towners" (1999) with Steve Martin. His work was also in the John Leguizamo biopic drama "Summer of Sam" (1999). Gamble's music was also featured in the Shia LaBeouf thriller "Disturbia" (2007), "Talk to Me" (2007) and the Seth Rogen blockbuster comedy "Superbad" (2007). His music was also featured in the Denzel Washington smash hit crime drama "American Gangster" (2007) and the comedy "My Best Friend's Girl" (2008) with Dane Cook. Gamble's music was most recently used in "The Voices" (2015).
