Kim Meyers has appeared in numerous films and television series since the 1980s, but her first movie role remains one of her best-remembered. That was in the 1985 "A Nightmare on Elm Street Part 2: Freddy's Revenge," in which she played Lisa Webber, the love interest of a young man possessed by demonic murderer Freddy Krueger. Following the commercial success of the horror sequel, she appeared in more movies, closing out the decade with a supporting part in "Illegally Yours," a notorious comedy flop by director Peter Bogdanovich. Meyers remained prolific during the 1990s with films ranging from critically-lauded dramas to badly-received horror flicks. The former included "White Palace," about a romance between two people of different ages and socioeconomic statuses, while in the horror dud "Hellraiser: Bloodline" she played Bobbi Merchant, an ordinary woman who becomes a demon-banisher when monsters kill her husband. Her last significant movie role of the decade was in the '99 thriller "Letters from a Killer," about a wrongly-convicted prisoner who corresponds with several women, one of whom is portrayed by Meyers. During the '90s and 2000s, she had countless guest-starring roles while at one point co-starring in the series "Key West," in which she played a doctor. Her next regular television role was in "10,000 Days," an action/sci-fi series that aired in 2010.
