Luke Bilyk

Toronto-born teen actor Luke Bilyk got his start by guest-starring on Canadian TV series including culture clash comedy "Little Mosque on the Prairie" and SWAT-based police procedural "Flashpoint." In 2010, he joined the cast of the Canadian teen institution "Degrassi: The Next Generation." His character, Drew Torres, is an academically troubled but gifted student athlete and musician who deals with bouts of post-traumatic stress disorder caused by a run-in with a local teen gang. On a show where seemingly every student has multiple personal issues, Drew also suffers from the effects of a brain injury sustained when engaging in an unlicensed and unregulated Mixed Martial Arts bout.
