Martin Garralaga was an actor who had a successful Hollywood career. Early on in his acting career, Garralaga landed roles in various films, including "Law of the 45's" (1935), "Song of the Gringo" (1936) and the Ken Maynard western "Boots of Destiny" (1937). He also appeared in "Another Dawn" (1937), "Outlaw Express" (1938) and the dramatic period piece "The Mad Empress" (1939) with Medea Novara. His passion for acting continued to his roles in projects like the Robert Mitchum western "West of the Pecos" (1945), "The Gay Cavalier" (1946) and the Joel McCrea adaptation "The Virginian" (1946). He also appeared in "South of Monterey" (1946). Film continued to be his passion as he played roles in "The Outriders" (1950), "Bela Lugosi Meets a Brooklyn Gorilla" (1952) and "The Fighter" (1952). He also appeared in "Law and Order" (1953) and "The Hitch-Hiker" (1953) with Edmond O'Brien. Garralaga more recently acted in the suspenseful adaptation "Whatever Happened to Aunt Alice?" (1969) with Daisy Gerber. Garralaga passed away in June 1981 at the age of 87.
