Academy Award-winning musician Nicola Piovani made quite a career for himself. Piovani began his entertainment career with his music featured in films like the drama "N.P. Il Segreto" (1971) with Francesco Rabal, the comedic drama "In Nome del Padre" (1971) with Yves Beneyton and the drama "Sbatti Il Mostro In Prima Pagina" (1972) with Gian Maria Volonte. His music also appeared in the sci-fi flick "L' Invenzione di Morel" (1974) with Giulio Brogi, "Matti da slegare" (1975) and the Franco Nero drama "La Marche Triomphale" (1975). In the eighties, Piovani's music continued to appear on the silver screen, including in films like the Camilla Soeberg comedy "Manifesto" (1989), the dramatic sports film "La Soule" (1989) with Richard Bohringer and "O Re" (1989) with Giancarlo Giannini. His work was also in "L' Appassionata" (1989). Piovani's music was also featured in the Mathilda May fantastical comedy "The Tit and the Moon" (1997) and the comedy "Uomo d'acqua dolce" (1997) with Antonio Albanese. He followed this honor with songs in the Henri Garcin dramatic adaptation "No Trains, No Planes" (1999). Most recently, Piovani worked on the drama "Hungry Hearts" (2015) with Adam Driver.
