Rex Lease was an actor who had a successful Hollywood career. Lease started his acting career landing roles in such films as "Race Wild" (1926), "The Outlaw Dog" (1927) and "The Younger Generation" (1929). He also appeared in "Stolen Love" (1929), "Borrowed Wives" (1930) and "The Monster Walks" (1932). He continued to act in productions like the Tim McCoy western "Lightnin' Bill Carson" (1936), "Ridin' on" (1936) and the western "Heroes of the Alamo" (1937) with Bruce Warren. He also appeared in "The Silver Trail" (1937). Toward the end of his career, he tackled roles in "Arizona Terrors" (1942), the western "Boss of Hangtown Mesa" (1942) with Johnny Mack Brown and "Daredevils of the West" (1943). He also appeared in "Lone Texas Ranger" (1945) and "Flame of the Barbary Coast" (1945). Lease last acted in the Tony Curtis western "The Rawhide Years" (1956). Lease passed away in January 1966 at the age of 63.
