Actress Ruta Gedmintas was most commonly known for her roles in television dramas. Gedmintas began her career with roles in "Innocent" (2006-07), "The Tudors" (Showtime, 2006-2010) and the Heather Graham romantic comedy "Miss Conception" (2008). She went on to act in the biopic "The Athlete" (2009) with Rasselas Lakew, "The Borgias" (Showtime, 2010-13) and "Do No Harm" (NBC, 2012-13). She also appeared in "Ripper Street" (BBC, 2012-16) and "Tonight You're Mine" (2012). More recently, Gedmintas acted on "The Strain" (FX, 2013-).
