Sean Whalen's talent for throwing himself physically into characters has served to distinguish him in a wide variety of film and television roles, dating back to his movie debut in Wes Craven's "The People Under the Stairs." In that film, he played Roach, a tongue-less, demented imp confined to the crawlspaces of the neighborhood house of horrors. Whalen put to sinister use the same bug-eyed expressiveness that made his later comic turn in the very first "Got Milk?" ad--as a phone quiz contestant too tongue-tied by a mouthful of peanut butter to speak intelligibly--so hilariously memorable. The success of that spot helped propel the Washington, D.C.-born actor from ads and bit parts on to featured roles in '90s blockbusters like "Twister" and "Men in Black." Often cast in B-movie horror pictures, Whalen co-starred in the 2009 slasher pic throwback "Laid to Rest," and appeared as one of the many unfortunate residents of Michael Myers's hometown in Rob Zombie's "Halloween II." Whalen also had a recurring role on the phenomenally successful series "Lost," as Neil (aka "Frogurt"), one of the many somewhat fortunate survivors of the crash of Oceanic Flight 815.
