Travis Willingham's acting career has placed him alongside screen legends like Robert Duvall and Michael Caine, but he is probably best known for his extensive voice-over work as Roy Mustang in the United States version of the Japanese anime series "Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood." After some small voice parts, Willingham appeared onscreen opposite Duvall and Caine in the family drama "Secondhand Lions" in 2003, and then found work on the Oscar-winning Ray Charles biopic, "Ray," the following year; unfortunately, his performance in the latter ended up on the editing-room floor. Regardless, Willingham's voice talents landed him parts on dozens of shows, notably the English-dubbed versions of popular Japanese anime hits. From the animated high school comedy "Ouran High School Host Club" to the action-adventure anime "Soul Eater," Willingham has never been at a loss for work. He still dabbled in live action throughout the 2000s, with a notable role in the Kevin Costner/Ashton Kutcher rescue-diving drama, "The Guardian," but his steadiest work came with the English-language version of the dystopian sci-fi anime "Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood," which he began working on in 2009.
