Willard Robertson was an actor who had a successful Hollywood career. Robertson's early acting career consisted of roles in various films, such as "Last of the Duanes" (1930), the western "The Cisco Kid" (1931) with Warner Baxter and "Graft" (1931). He also appeared in "Fair Warning" (1931), "Skippy" (1931) with Jackie Cooper and "City Streets" (1931). He continued to act in productions like "Murder in the Private Car" (1934), the Barbara Stanwyck drama "Gambling Lady" (1934) and the Warren William romance "Upperworld" (1934). He also appeared in "Death on the Diamond" (1934) with Robert Young. Toward the end of his career, he continued to act in "Torchy Gets Her Man" (1938), the Fred MacMurray drama "Men With Wings" (1938) and "Kentucky" (1938). He also appeared in the western "Heritage of the Desert" (1939) with Donald Woods and the drama "Each Dawn I Die" (1939) with James Cagney. Robertson last acted in the comedy "Sitting Pretty" (1948) with Robert Young. Robertson passed away in April 1948 at the age of 62.
