Willard Sage found incredible success as an accomplished actor, appearing in a variety of films throughout his Hollywood career. Sage began his acting career appearing in various films, such as the crime flick "Niagara" (1953) with Marilyn Monroe, the drama "Dragnet" (1954) with Jack Webb and the comedy adaptation "The Tender Trap" (1955) with Frank Sinatra. He also appeared in the Hugh O'Brian western "The Brass Legend" (1956). He continued to work steadily in film throughout the fifties and the sixties, appearing in the Paul Newman drama "The Rack" (1956), the Victor Mature adventure "Timbuktu" (1959) and "The Great Impostor" (1960). He also appeared in the comedy "That Touch of Mink" (1962) with Cary Grant. During the latter half of his career, he continued to act in the comedy "For Love or Money" (1963) with Kirk Douglas and the Eric Braeden sci-fi feature "Colossus: The Forbin Project" (1970). Sage more recently acted in "Dirty Little Billy" (1972) with Michael J Pollard.
