Arquette acting family patriarch Lewis Arquette is best known for his role on the series "The Waltons." He was also the manager of the famed Second City theater for several years and appeared extensively on television. He was on the series "Alice" in 1977 and followed with work on "Barney Miller" and "Delta House," before appearing in the film "The China Syndrome" in 1979. Arquette co-starred in three episodes of "Fantasy Island" before landing his career-defining part of Jefferson Davis Pickett on "The Waltons." Arquette appeared in a total of over 120 roles in both TV and film including "Little Nicky," "L.A. Law," "Dragnet" and "Matlock." He collaborated with director Christopher Guest multiple times, including on the films "Best in Show" and "Waiting for Guffman." He also appeared on "The Smurfs," "Fantasy Island," "Remington Steele," and "Barney Miller." He is the father of actors Rosanna, Patricia, Alexis and David Arquette.
